Peder Lund Art Advisory Associates operates as an independent consultancy headquartered in Oslo, Norway. The firm offers strategic art advisory services internationally to private individuals, foundations, corporations, and institutions seeking to build, refine, or institutionalize their collections.

The team is composed of seasoned art professionals with expertise in curatorial practice, art market analysis, institutional collaboration, and collection management.

Casey Lupetin, MA, Director of Advisory

Casey Lupetin joined Peder Lund in 2016 and served as Director of the eponymous gallery in Oslo and currently serves as Director of FORART – Institute for Research within Contemporary Art. She holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MA from the Institute of Fine Arts at New York University. Previously, she worked at the New York galleries Gerald Peters and Pace; at Pace she was Assistant to the President, handling high-volume sales and managing projects for artists including Robert Ryman, Richard Tuttle, Isamu Noguchi, Kiki Smith, Lucas Samaras, Robert Irwin, Sol LeWitt, Agnes Martin, and others. Ms. Lupetin leads international and institutional projects, supported by a network of trusted partners, conservators, and logistical specialists globally.

Katja Bergstøm, MA, Advisory Associate

Katja Bergstrøm joined Peder Lund in 2025. She holds a BA and MA from the University of Oslo, and has completed her certification in Arts Management at OsloMet, as well as courses in Appraisals and Art Advisory, and in Curation and Collection Management at Christie's Education. Ms. Bergstrøm has worked across leading Norwegian foundations, museums, and private collections. Her background includes art advisory work at Formue, project management and gallery coordination for contemporary art spaces, and frontline institutional experience at the Astrup Fearnley Museum of Modern Art and the Blomqvist Auction House.

Peder Lund has served for more than twenty years as curator of the Hydro Art Collection and was a long-standing member of the Artistic Board at Telenor, while also working as an independent curator. He currently serves as a Board member at the private museum PoMo, a museum for modern and contemporary art in Trondheim, and as Chair of the Board of FORART – Institute for Research within Contemporary Art. In January 2026, the French Ministry of Culture appointed Peder Lund an Officer of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres, France's highest distinction in the field of arts and culture. These roles underscore the advisory's extensive institutional reach and its deep understanding of public, corporate, and private cultural ecosystems.

Peder Lund Art Advisory Associates is overseen by a dedicated board comprising Peder Lund, Hanne Elisabeth Cappelen, and Odd Ivar Biller.

For nearly 40 years, Odd Ivar Biller served for Norsk Hydro ASA as its Executive Vice President Legal and CSR. He was chairman and member of the Board of Directors of a number of its subsidiaries world wide. He had oversight responsibility for Hydro's art collection and historic mansion houses. Mr. Biller was a member of the Board of Directors of Klaveness Marine Holding AS, a Norwegian Family Office.

Hanne Elisabeth Cappelen currently holds a key role in the public sector and has had a long career with major positions at SAS, Evry, and the University of Bergen, contributing broad experience in institutional management and organizational strategy.

Their combined experience in corporate leadership, cultural administration, and financial management reinforces the firm's commitment to transparency, independence, and institutional-level accountability. Together, the board ensures robust governance, fiduciary responsibility, and long-term strategic continuity for the advisory.
